President: Sheri Ritchie

Sheri Ritchie serves as Human Resources Manager for Gordon Electric Supply.  She has 32 years of progressive HR experience.  Her passion is to provide guidance and genuine support to all levels of an organization while being a strong strategic member of the team.

Prior to creating the HR function for Gordon Electric Supply, she held several HR leadership positions in a few different industries…a Healthcare Association, Software Developer, Residential facility, and Manufacturing. 

Sheri holds a bachelor’s in business administration with a minor in Human Resources from Governors State University.  Sheri enjoys spending time with her husband, Bill, as well as their grown children, Samantha and Jake.  In her free time, she enjoys planning parties, volunteering at her Church, and taking long walks.

Treasurer: Bre Dorth, SPHR, SHRM-CP, MBA, MSMOB

Bre is a Human Resources professional with over 20 years of progressive experience, including the last 12 years dedicated specifically to the manufacturing industry. Her extensive background encompasses a wide range of HR disciplines, including talent acquisition, employee relations, organizational development, and strategic workforce planning. Bre holds the Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) certification.

Bre earned both a Master of Business Administration (MBA) and a Master’s degree in Organizational Behavior from Benedictine University, equipping her with a strong foundation in business strategy and human dynamics.

Secretary: Breanna Heimberger

Breanna currently serves as the Recruitment and Training Coordinator at Van Drunen Farms. She has over four years of experience working in Human Resources, with time spent on talent acquisition, training and development, payroll, and benefits administration. She graduated with her Master of Business Administration with a concentration in Human Resources from the University of St. Francis in 2023. She looks forward to expanding her knowledge in HR through work experience, networking through board events, and obtaining her PHR certification. She lives in Iroquois County with her three children.

Social Media and Website Director: Joy Yarneau, PHR

Joy serves as Payroll/Benefits Administrator for National Tube Supply Company.  She has over 20 years of experience in Human Resources and holds a PHR certification.  Joy graduated from Olivet Nazarene University with a Bachelor’s in Business Administration.
